The 2021 LMBR studied 275+ top multi-location brands. Each were ranked on a 100-point scale for both localized search and localized social, which were combined into an average LMBR score. Scoring was determined by examining over 50 percent of locations for each brand on localized presence, care, and engagement across top 3 localized marketing platforms including Google My Business (GMB), Facebook, and Yelp.
