At the start, Classical Conversations only had a Corporate Facebook Page. They knew they needed to have an active and dynamic local social media presence in order to be successful with their business and reach more families.

What They Did

Classical Conversations’ relationship with SOCi began with one corporate Facebook page, and no local community interaction.

Their goals were to build out local communities that can grow over time, while proving the efficacy of social media and the SOCi platform in regard to driving new leads through a refer-a-friend campaign, while increasing engagement and garnering new Classical fans.

After only 2 months of using SOCi, they were able to expand their corporate page into 23 local community pages. Across these 24 pages, they received over 2.7 million impressions reaching 1.6 million users.

Classical Conversations utilized SOCi’s platform to create campaigns and approved content for all their new pages to generate leads they thought were out of their reach.
