SOCi Bolsters Leadership, Advisor Expertise To Continue to Fuel AI-Driven Marketing Innovation for Multi-Location Enterprises


Former Walgreens CMO Patrick McLean joins Industry Advisory Board alongside new Senior VPs Jennifer Gause and Adam Rochkind to fuel SOCi’s evolution


SAN DIEGO — Dec. 5, 2023 — SOCi Inc., the leading CoMarketing Cloud Platform for multi-location enterprises, today announced additions to its leadership team which will help the company deliver a game-changing, AI-powered marketing platform to enterprises around the world. Jennifer Gause joins as SOCi’s new SVP of Revenue Operations, while Adam Rochkind joins as its new SVP of Customer Success.


SOCi has also welcomed Patrick McLean to its Industry Advisory Board, which is focused on the company’s verticalization efforts to deliver tailored solutions to industries like commercial brands, regulated industries, and more.


McLean brings key CMO experience to SOCi after holding marketing leadership roles with Walgreens, Capital One, TD Bank, Verizon, and more, often leading the companies through their own digital transformations and reinventions. As an Industry Advisory Board member, McLean will allow SOCi to leverage his expertise as a sounding board for how the company should evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of CMOs and how marketing strategists are solving problems with AI.

Gause brings unique industry expertise to SOCi through her previous role as the VP of Business Operations at Upland Software. Gause will help to revitalize SOCi’s operational standards to be focused on global enterprise prospects while demonstrating the platform’s value across the entire customer journey.

Rochkind joins SOCi after serving as a VP of Customer Success at Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud Intelligence, and most recently as the SVP of Customer Success at Mural. At SOCi, Rockhind will dive deep into understanding customer journeys and ensure that as the company grows and innovates with solutions like SOCi Genius, customers always feel valued and heard.

These leadership additions follow the appointment of Seismic Co-Founder Ed Calnan as SOCi’s President and Chief Revenue Officer, as well as recent accolades from Entrepreneur, G2 and Pavilion.
