Multifamily Social Media Summit (MFSMS) is a conference for property managers and executives to learn more about the ROI of social media and content marketing to retain and attract new residents for their communities.
This year it took place in Napa Valley, California. It was a great conference for us to share our knowledge of social media and help multifamily executives adjust their strategy with a workflow solution like SOCi.

SOCi’s CEO, Afif Khoury, presented on the evolution of the largest social network, Facebook. He shared important Facebook tips, trends, and features that multifamily executives should know. Which was fitting because it was 2 days before Facebook’s 13th year anniversary.
Afif explained that Facebook allows you to connect and contact prospects without having to know anything about them. In the past we would need a name, phone number, or address to reach someone. Now, Facebook has become this huge database for us to use and attract future residents with minimal effort.
“As we move into 2017, the data and trends are showing that prospective residents are turning to social media and it is a key component in their validation and decision making process on their next place to live.” – Jacob Chappell, VP of Enterprise Sales.

We met a lot of new faces while spending time with our awesome clients. This is what they had to say about SOCi.
